Health & Dental Benefits
Benefits That Kick In Day 1
On their first day of employment, Loopers become eligible for Loopio’s comprehensive health and dental program. This plan covers prescription drugs, vision, dental coverage, paramedical coverage (like massage, chiropractic, therapy, and more), and includes a health spending account.

Paid Time Off Program
Rest & Recharge
Every Looper is entitled to take up to 6 weeks of paid time off per year. This time can be used for anything a Looper may need a day off for—whether that’s vacation time, rest or sick days, appointments, family commitments, and more. Loopio’s Paid Time Off program allows for more flexibility for Loopers to use their time off for whatever reason they may need it for.

Loopio Long Weekends
Take a Break As a Team
At Loopio we value taking rest together and truly ‘logging off’ as a team! In addition to the Paid Time Off program, we take 5 paid company-coordinated days off per year—also known as Loopio Long Weekends. This is our chance to take a break together, as internal meetings and messages are paused for the day.

Professional Mastery
Be The Master Of Your Craft
All Loopers receive a $1,000 annual budget to spend on professional development and mastery. They can use it for a course, conference fees, a webinar, books, or even an Audible subscription. Loopio knows every Looper is invested in growing their career and mastering their role. This budget exists to enable that.

Parental Leave
Taking Time For Your Little Looper
We support parents in taking the time they need after choosing to start or grow their family.
For parents who choose to take an extended leave, we top up Employment Insurance (EI) payments to 80% of their salary for 16 weeks. And we offer a fully paid graduated return to work program so they can ease back into the workplace on a part-time basis with the security of full-time pay. For a supporting parent, we offer four weeks of paid leave up to 80% of their salary.
When Little Loopers head into childcare for the first time, we subsidize that transition with a bonus of $2,000 towards your childcare costs.
