Loopio Introduces Redesigned RFP Platform: New Views, Insights & Smarter Content Automation

TORONTO, CANADA—Loopio, the leading provider of Request for Proposal (RFP) response software, unveiled a redesigned platform today, the most significant update to user-experience and functionality in the company’s history.

The cloud-based platform stores content—such as product information, marketing messages, and other sales information—in a centralized Library for easier collaboration on RFPs and Security Questionnaires. The new update includes a completely redesigned project workspace, new user views, reporting capabilities, and most significantly, smarter automation tools, which enable users to complete RFPs in a matter of clicks.

Loopio provides a central location to complete RFPs with ease, by introducing:

  • Smarter Automation Tools. Loopio’s Magic automation tool and Search functionality have both been enhanced to make finding the right answer to RFP questions faster and easier.
  • Insightful Reporting. The redesigned dashboard provides a bird’s eye view of progress across all collaborators, to help teams prioritize their most urgent tasks.
  • Three New Views. Users can save more time working on RFP projects by choosing their preferred view. Project View enables users to manage every aspect of an RFP project—from answering questions one place for every response in a single project; Focus View provides a distraction-free environment for quickly answering questions; Source View looks like a traditional word processor or spreadsheet, but with the power of Loopio’s automation tools.

This is one of many platform enhancements that Loopio has undergone in the past couple of months, including the introduction of a multi-language library (which supports English, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish), and new integrations with Google Chrome, Slack, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
