Home Office Allowance
Supporting Your Remote Work
As a Remote First workplace, Loopio supports employees to work efficiently and comfortably from their home office. On top of a Mac laptop and charger that will be provided when a Looper starts, Loopio also offers a one-time benefit to help set up their home office, and then a monthly work-from-home allowance for phone and internet allowance.

On their first day of employment, Loopers become eligible for Loopio’s comprehensive health and dental program. Benefits are unique to each region, but each plan is designed to support the wellness and health of our employees.
Paid Time Off Program
Rest & Recharge
All Loopers across our locations are entitled to a generous paid time off program! In Canada, every Looper is entitled to take up to 6 weeks of paid time off per year. This time can be used for anything a Looper may need a day off for—whether that’s vacation time, rest or sick days, appointments, family commitments, and more.
Loopio Long Weekends
Take a Break As a Team
At Loopio we value taking rest together and truly ‘logging off’ as a team! In addition to the Paid Time Off program, we also have company-coordinated days off twice a year—also known as Loopio Long Weekends. This is our chance to take a break together, as internal meetings and messages are paused for the day.

We support parents in taking the time they need after choosing to start or grow their family. We offer additional support such as extended leave options as well as a Graduated Return to Work Program to help ease the employee back into the return to work after an extended leave.
