We’re open to speakers in the proposal and sales space that have unique experiences and ideas for better managing RFPs, security questionnaires, DDQs, and similar types of documents. You do not have to be a Loopio customer to apply.

Loopicon is a ground-breaking conference dedicated to better RFP, Security Questionnaire, and DDQ management. By speaking, you’ll have the chance to shape our industry and help your peers level up their skills. Presenting your insights on response management, sales enablement, or professional development will position you as a leader in the field and help you hone your communication skills.

July 31, 2022. Depending on the balance of proposals submitted and accepted, late proposals may be solicited or accepted in certain topic areas.

Share tips, industry insights, or an inspirational story with your peers. Some categories that we are looking to cover include:

● Innovating and scaling the response process
● Technology hacks and tips, including integrations -
Yes, you are welcome to submit more than one proposed session for Loopicon. However, please note it’s unlikely that multiple proposals will be accepted. We want to make sure lots of different voices will be heard at the event.

We will contact you in early to mid August if your session is selected. You will be asked to sign a speaker agreement. Final presentations are due two weeks before the conference date. We will provide support and reminders along the way.

Loopicon is a virtual event. It will take place on Sept. 14 and 15 on a digital event platform.

We seek presenters who are willing to share their expertise in the spirit of cooperation and networking. We will provide support and feedback for speakers, including a slide template. We will also provide access to other speakers through our online community, Response Insiders, should speakers chose to join. Speakers are also welcome to access any event content free of charge.
