TORONTO, June 24, 2024—Loopio, a market leader in response management software, is proud to announce the addition of Eugene Ho as their Chief Product Officer (CPO). Eugene joins Loopio’s executive team with over 25 years of leadership experience at companies like Microsoft, Skype, Outreach, and Spring Health. Eugene will further drive innovation in Loopio’s product, with a heightened focus on artificial intelligence (AI).

Eugene brings extensive product leadership to Loopio, having served as CPO at Spring Health and General Manager at Skype and Microsoft. Eugene also served as Vice President of Product at sales technology company Outreach, where he led its evolution into a multi-product company.

In his new role at Loopio, Eugene will be responsible for leading Loopio’s Engineering, Product, and Design teams, collaborating closely with Matt York, Co-Founder and CTO, as well as the rest of the senior leadership team to drive innovation, customer value, and growth.
