SmartFill maintains some formatting when responding to RFP portals, including paragraph spacing. We are continuing to explore support for rich text formatting in SmartFill. While the Loopio Project Workspace fully supports rich text, this formatting cannot currently automatically transfer into a portal. Users can manually apply formatting within the portal by referencing their original response in Loopio.
Yes, SmartScan is built to handle complex portals, including multi-page layouts and conditional logic (questions that only appear based on your previous answers). Our upcoming functionality will allow SmartScan to detect and capture new elements in real time as you interact with the page, ensuring late-loading questions aren’t missed.
