Loopio’s generative AI functionality is available to all customers. We believe that AI is crucial for every organization to adopt in order to stay competitive and close more business in today’s world, where everyone is generating answers.

We integrate AI, machine learning (ML), and our own custom models to enhance the experience across the entire platform. To ensure you have full control, generative AI is never enabled automatically. You can enable generative AI functionality by visiting site settings in your Loopio instance, and navigating to the “Generative AI” section.

Loopio’s generative AI functionality is controlled by two levels of permissions to ensure full flexibility:

• At the instance level, admins can enable or disable this functionality across the entire instance.
• At the feature, role, and user level, permissions to access this functionality can be controlled per role, and generated content will only draw from content sources that a user has access to. This ensures you have full transparency and control over how this feature is being used, no matter the source of the content.

Our AI is built with the most stringent security requirements in mind,including when it comes to handling and processing data, with full flexibility for your organization’s needs.

Generative AI uses your library content to create a relevant, tailored answer to a question. Loopio’s search engine retrieves the most relevant information from your content sources, then securely generates an answer using that information.

Generative AI outputs are safely stored in Loopio’s database, which is not accessible from the public internet.

Loopio’s AI Service is deployed with strict data privacy and security policies that meet the standards of even some of the most regulated enterprise organizations.

Loopio’s search engine retrieves the most relevant information from your content sources to generate an answer to a question. The search engine considers signals such as entry popularity, semantic meaning, and keywords to find the most relevant entries.

The entries retrieved during a search are only entries that the user has permission to access based on their current permission level (via Stacks). This ensures that every user can only generate answers based on their permission level.

And, if you’ve generated a really great answer, you can easily add that back to your Library to make it a trusted artifact for future use.
