  • Welcome & intro: Warm up for your workshop with five minutes of orientation.
  • Upload sample RFP: Log in to Loopio and upload the sample RFP provided.
  • Complete your first pass: Use Loopio to populate your document and identify areas for SME input.
  • Refine with generative AI: Search for, and swap in, better answers to see how Loopio surfaces suggested content.
  • Flag & assign SME input: Practice how to tag a question for review and assign it to a teammate.
  • Q&A: Bring your questions, and we’ll answer all that we can, live with the group.
